Kathryn Prescott born 4 June 1991 in Southgate, London.
In July 2008 Prescott and twin sister Megan appeared in an episode of soap opera Doctors, playing twin sisters Amy and Charlotte Wilcox in "Dare, Double Dare, Truth". Beginning in early 2009, Prescott played Emily Fitch in Skins series 3 and 4, with characters known as the "second generation". Prescott stated on her official website in March 2010 that she had a role in the pilot of Goth. Prescott subsequently confirmed on her website in late April 2010 that she was scheduled to start filming Goths, set in London, in August of the same year.
Kathryn is six minutes older than her twin sister Megan, and has a total of 14 body piercings. In providing her "Top Ten Playlist" on the Skins official website, Prescott named Röyksopp, The Cardigans and Metallica as among her favourite music. She attended a summer workshop at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in Wood Green with Skins co-star Lily Loveless, who stated the two are best friends.
